Crucell wants to play a crucial role in the fight against deadly diseases. The global biotech firm develops, produces, and markets vaccines and antibodies to prevent and treat infectious diseases. The company was acquired by Johnson & Johnson (J&J) in 2011, becoming J&J's primary vaccine unit.
