    The most recent version of Access Hoover's is release 3.0. Hoover's released this version for Salesforce in February 2010. Administrators can check which version of Access Hoover's they have by logging into Salesforce CRM and clicking on the Hoover's Admin tab. If you have the latest version, the section heading will read "Access Hoover's r3.0 Preferences".
    If you do not see a version number (i.e. just "Access Hoover's Preferences"), you have an earlier version of Access Hoover's and an upgrade is required by March 31, 2010 to avoid uninterrupted service as we retire our old platform. Please reference the Installation Guide .pdf on in our Customer Resource Center for instructions on how to perform this free product update.
