    The initial release of Access Hoover's for Oracle CRM On Demand is release 3.0. Hoover's released this version in November 2009. Administrators can check which version of Access Hoover's they have by logging into Oracle CRMOD and clicking on the Hoovers Admin tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the API Admin section. If you have the latest version, the "Access Hoover's Version" field will show a read-only number "3.0" in the field.
