Its customers include laboratories and makers of wine, beer, nonalcoholic beverages, liquor, pharmaceuticals, and food products. Major customers include Compañía Cervecerías Unidas, Viña Concha y Toro, and Vina San Pedro. Cristalchile's primary shareholder is Electro Metalúrgica (Elecmetal) and affiliates, with a little more than half of the company. Cristalchile chairman Ricardo Claro Valdés controls more than 45% of Elecmetal.
