CPFL Paulista Company Description

Companhia Paulista de Força e Luz (CPFL Paulista) is a force to reckon with on the Brazilian power utility front. The company serves approximately 3.1 million customers in more than 2500 municipalities in the state of São Paulo; it distributes one-fifth of electricity consumed in the state. CPFL Paulista also owns stakes in other Brazilian utilities.
