    VANCOUVER _ Jien Canada Mining Ltd. has indicated that sufficient shares and debentures have been tendered to go ahead with its friendly takeover of Quebec-based miner Canadian Royalties Inc.. Nevertheless, Jien says it will extend the offer of 80 cents a share and $800 plus accrued interest per $1,000 of principal amount of debentures for an additional 10 days until Nov. 24.
