The firm owns and manages one of the largest portfolios of mall and shopping centers in Europe (75% of the firm's portfolio), specializing in the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Spain. Corio also owns and manages industrial and office space in France and The Netherlands. After expanding into Spain early in the 2000s, Corio has set its sights on entering other retail markets in Europe and has pared down its non-retail holdings. Primary retail tenants include Royal Ahold, Laurus, and ABN AMRO; major properties include Shopville Le Gru (Turin, Italy), Hoog Catharijne (Utrecht, the Netherlands), and Grand'Place (Grenoble, France).
