Seashell Group merged its financial resources with Wraith Accommodation in March 2005 to form a new holding company, Wraith plc. The company that Jonathan Wraith founded in 1997 was acquired by Shieldmarker, an investment fund managed by the UK-based private equity firm TDR Capital, in 2007.
