Company Description

Countertops and other surfaces are like blank canvases for Wilsonart International. The company, which is a subsidiary of Illinois Tool Works, makes laminated and solid countertops for commercial and residential applications. Its laminate and solid surface products are used for counters and tables: laminate products adhere to existing surfaces; stone-like solid surface products (Gibraltar and Earthstone) are structural. The company also offers a line of adhesives, cleaning products, and trim products. In 2010 Wilsonart discontinued its flooring business and cast sink products.
