Through subsidiaries, Watsco also provides installation and repair equipment for its products. Its primary customers are contractors and dealers who install and replace HVAC equipment in homes. While it does not maintain any international facilities, Watsco does export products to Latin America and the Caribbean. Chairman, president, and CEO Albert Nahmad owns a majority of the company.
