Wagamama operates and franchises more than 90 Japanese-style noodle restaurants that offer a menu featuring ramen, soba, and udon dishes. Based on traditional ramen bars, the restaurants also serve a variety of rice dishes, including curry. Wagamama has more than 40 company-owned locations throughout the UK; its international locations in more than a half dozen other countries are mostly franchised.
