Company Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) provides medical, prescription, surgical, and rehabilitative services to US veterans. A unit of the Department of Veterans Affairs, the VHA serves nearly 6 million active and former military service members, reservists, and National Guard members called to active duty. Veterans' family members also qualify for select services. The health system includes more than 150 medical centers and numerous clinics set up around the country. The VHA also coordinates a variety of special programs that address general veteran health issues, such as rehabilitation, post traumatic stress disorder, HIV/AIDS, prosthetics, and cancer.
