Utility Trailer Manufacturing is spreading its own brand of reefer madness. Utility Trailer is the largest manufacturer of refrigerated trailers, called reefers, in the US. The company also produces dry freight trailers, flatbeds, and curtain-sided trailers. Its refrigerated trucks include special designs for the whole food distribution and fast-food markets, such as trucks with separate chambers for frozen and dry goods. Five US factories make its trailers and vans which are distributed through a network of 100 independent dealers dotting North and South America. Two brothers, H.C. and E.W.
