Company Description
One of Singapore's top financial institutions, United Overseas Bank (UOB) provides a range of commercial banking and personal financial services. Offerings include checking and savings accounts, loans, investment banking, commodities trading and finance, private banking, and investments such as unit trusts, which are similar to mutual funds; the bank also has issued more than 1.5 million credit cards, making it one of the largest issuers in the region. UOB and its subsidiaries, including Far Eastern Bank in Singapore and UOB Buana in Indonesia, operate more than 500 offices, including locations in more than a dozen other nations in Asia, Australia, Western Europe, and North America.
