UPMC operates about 20 hospitals, including campuses in the Pittsburgh area, regional and community hospitals, and specialty facilities such as Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and the Magee-Womens Hospital. Combined, UPMC has about 4,500 inpatient beds.
