Hold the gravy boat, Turkey Hill Dairy boasts a buffet full of dairy products rather than the ubiquitous Thanksgiving fare. The firm makes ice cream, frozen yogurt, sherbet, and frozen ice-cream novelties, as well as beverages such as refrigerated iced teas and fruit drinks. Most of Turkey Hill's products are distributed to retailers nationwide; its fluid milk is distributed among its Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, home base. It also ships popular products. Turkey Hill, which makes Phillies Graham Slam ice cream under license, produces light ice cream under the Dynamic Duo label. The company started out selling milk and expanded into ice cream in the early 1950s; it is owned by grocery retailing giant Kroger.
