One of the largest Catholic health care systems in the US, Trinity Health runs about 45 hospitals and has nearly 400 outpatient facilities, as well as nursing homes, senior living facilities, home health agencies, and hospice programs. Of the hospitals, it owns more than 30 and manages about a dozen for third parties. Its Trinity Senior Living Communities subsidiary operates nearly 35 long-term care facilities for seniors, and its Trinity Health International unit provides consulting, training, and other assistance to hospitals worldwide.
