The cooperative, also known as Tillamook Cheese, manufactures dairy products including butter, ice cream, sour cream, and yogurt, but most of its production is devoted to cheddar cheese. It does, however, make other cheeses, including colby, jack, mozarella, and Swiss. Tillamook cheese products are available thoughout the US.
