Yates & Sons Construction (the largest of the group), Yates Electrical Division, Mississippi-based JESCO, and Tennessee-based Blaine Construction. The group provides a broad range of construction-related services, including engineering, electrical and mechanical construction, millwrighting, and steel fabrication. It operates mostly in the Southeast and along the East Coast. Completed projects include casinos, sports facilities, schools, and military facilities. William Yates Jr. co-founded the family-owned company in 1963 with his father, the late William Gully Yates. Bill Yates Jr. now leads the company.
