Company Description
The Weir Group need not be wary of even the biggest infrastructure project. The engineering company offers an array of industrial products and services used to build or run everything from mines to wastewater plants to oil pipelines to nuclear facilities. The company manufactures industrial pumps, valves, controls, and material handling equipment; it also provides maintenance and technical support and replacement parts. To keep its global operations organized, Weir divides its activities into three divisions: minerals, oil and gas, and power and industrial. North America is the group's leading region, with about 30% of sales.
