Company Description
The University of Birmingham is one of the UK's leading institutions of higher education and research. It serves more than 26,800 undergraduate and postgraduate students at its two campuses. It offers a wide array of programs covering arts and law, social sciences, engineering and physical sciences, medical and dental sciences, and life and environmental sciences. It also supports nearly 20 major research centers, as well as a technology transfer center and a research park. The school was established in 1900 by Queen Victoria to educate the people of the Midlands. The University of Birmingham was the first civic university in the UK and first to establish a faculty of commerce and incorporate a medical school.
