SMG markets Monsanto's Roundup herbicide products for the consumer market and has a lawn and shrub care service. Siblings James Hagedorn (chairman and CEO) and Katherine Littlefield (a director) own about a third of SMG. They are the children of Horace Hagedorn, creator of Miracle-Gro.
