With offices in Beverly Hills and New York, the talent agency maintains departments devoted to talent, feature literary, TV literary, theater, comedy, and below-the-line talent (cinematographers, production designers, costume, etc.). The Gersh Agency has also formed its own sports division. Its Comedy Department is based in Los Angeles. The company opened a New York office in 1992.
