Company Description

Formed in 1893 the Dundee Football Club currently plays football (soccer) in the Scottish Division One. The club was relegated from the Scottish Premier League in 2005. In addition to competing with local rivals Dundee United, the team known as the Dees or the Dark Blues competes with top Scottish squads Celtic and Rangers on the pitch. Off the pitch, the teams also battle for top player talent. Dundee FC home games are played at the 12,000 capacity Dens Park Stadium. The club's poor performance on the pitch has mirrored the Dees financial problems, in 2003 the club was forced into administration (it emerged in 2007). The club fell into administration again in 2010.
