Company Description
The Conygar Investment Company specializes in real estate assets in the UK. Its holdings include its Lamont portfolio (acquired in 2009), consisting of seven office, industrial, and business park properties; and the Advantage Property Income Trust (TAP), which the company initially acquired more than a quarter of in 2009 and bought outright later that year. Since the acquisition, Conygar has sold off about a third of TAP's property assets, which are valued at around £100 million ($160 million). The company also has several properties under development and holds a bank of land for future development.
