Company Description
Tenaris manufactures and distributes seamless steel pipe products used by several industries. Most of its products are oil country tubular goods company meant for the energy industry. Siderca, the company's Argentine producer, makes casings, tubing, and line pipe used in the oil and gas industry. Subsidiary Tubos de Acero de México, S.A. (Tamsa) also manufactures casings, tubing, line pipe, and other mechanical and structural seamless pipe. The Italian Dalmine makes seamless steel pipe used by the automotive and machinery industries. The company's Global Services unit provides sales and marketing services to the group's companies. Investment group San Faustin controls about 60% of Tenaris.
