Sterling Sugars creates splendid sweetness. The company processes sugarcane to make raw sugar, cane syrup, and blackstrap molasses for sale to sugar refiners and candy and other food manufacturers. It processes about 1.25 million tons of cane per year at its mill in Franklin, Louisiana. Sterling also leases land for oil and natural gas exploration.
