Standard Candy Company wants consumers to go gaga, or rather Goo Goo, over its candy. The company is the maker of the Goo Goo Cluster, a milk chocolate candy filled with caramel, marshmallow, and peanuts. Considered one of the first combination candy bars (as opposed to solid bars), the company's Goo Goo cluster has been around since 1912 and since that time Standard has added to its offerings, which now include Supreme and Peanut Butter Goo Goo versions. It also makes a line of Cinnabon-branded clusters through a licensing agreement, as well as the Cumberland Ridge brand of pecan rolls. Standard Candy sells its products at retailers in Tennessee and other southern US states, as well as through its website.
