Established in 1926 by the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother, the not-for-profit system provides health care services to residents of Tulsa and northeastern Oklahoma. Its flagship facility is St. John Medical Center, it also operates four community hospitals, urgent care, and long-term care facilities.
