The German firm is a holding company for a handful of subsidiaries and affiliates, such as movie acquisition and distribution company Splendid Film and video and DVD marketing arm Polyband. Splendid Television co-produces mini-series and TV movies, and Splendid Synchron dubs English-language films into German. Splendid Medien's library includes Traffic, Dr. T and the Women, and Shadow of the Vampire.
