The company is owned by Pedro Wasmer, its founder and former president/CEO, and has sales offices across the US. Evan Bokor, who joined the company as its CFO in 1996, succeeded Wasmer as president and CEO. In 2010 the company acquired HealthCapital, Inc., a provider of health care equipment leasing and financing services. Somerset Capital Group was founded in 1996.
