It also markets bulk capacity to other wireless service providers. SkyTerra owns an additional equity interest in TerreStar , which is developing its own satellite communications business. The company in late 2008 rebranded its primary operating company (formerly known as Mobile Satellite Ventures ) with the SkyTerra name.
