Company Description
This Schroders' repertoire features investment management services for such clients as major international companies, government agencies, pension funds, charities, and wealthy investors. The firm offers a range of investment choices, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and real estate funds. Schroders previously was active in private equity, but has been concentrating on its existing portfolio rather than making significant new investments. The company has some £197 billion ($311 billion) in assets under management. Schroders operates in 25 countries in Europe, the Asia/Pacific region, the Americas, and the Middle East. The founding Schroder family owns 45% of the firm.
