Sara Lee North American Foodservice (SLNAF) offers many of its parent company's brand name beverages, meats, and bakery products to restaurant operators, healthcare facilities, schools, and other institutional foodservice operators in Canada, Mexico, and the US. Its other customers include convenience stores and other retail outlets. SLNAF also makes private-label refrigerated dough products for food retailers. The portfolio of branded foodservice products includes Chef Pierre baked goods, Ball Park hot dogs, Hillshire Farm meat products, Jimmy Dean sausage, Douwe Egberts coffee, and (yum) Sara Lee cheesecake. In 2011 SLNAF announced the sale of its coffee and tea operations to The J. M. Smucker Company for $400 million.
