Company Description
SEGRO's whole goal is to see its properties grow. One of Europe's largest real estate investment trusts (REIT), the company owns and operates about 6 million sq. meters of office, industrial, distribution, and retail space in about 10 countries. Half of that total space is located in the UK, but it leases properties as far away as in Poland and Spain. Preferring to keep its portfolio diverse, SEGRO acquires and develops real estate for customers across a wide range of sectors and for both small businesses and large corporations. Its holdings include a large section of Farnborough airfield (former headquarters of Britain's Royal Air Force), which it is developing into a mixed-use center.
