Rogers Group doesn't crush dreams but it sure crushes the tar out of stones. The company operates about some 60 quarries, construction facilities, and related locations in the Southeast and Midwest. With a heavy presence in Tennessee, the group produces crushed stone as well as asphalt paving, sand, gravel, and other construction materials. Rogers Group also offers highway construction and concrete masonry services. It is the nation's largest private crushed stone producer. Rogers Group is owned by the family of Ralph Rogers, who founded the company as a roadside crushing operation at the age of 19 in 1908.
