The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation uses its wealth to improve your health. The foundation is the nation's largest charitable organization devoted exclusively to health care issues. The group awards grants for programs that address such problems as health care quality and coverage, childhood obesity, and addiction prevention and treatment. In addition, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation supports efforts to improve health care for vulnerable populations and to help recruit, develop, and retain health care workers. Established in 1972, the foundation has an endowment of more than $9 billion.
