The company was formed in 2003 to hold the LPG distribution, transportation, and marketing assets owned by its former parent Penn Octane . It sold those assets (primarily a terminal facility in Brownsville, Texas and related properties) to TransMontaigne ) in 2006. Former consultant James Richter controls 24% of the company.
