Its financial fund management operations, including Apidos Capital Management and Trapeza Capital Management, finance, structure, and manage investments in bank loans, securities, bonds, and other instruments. It also owns a stake in LEAF Commercial Capital, which offers loans and leases to small and midsized companies, generally for technology, industrial, and medical equipment. Resource America and its affiliates have some $13 billion in assets under management.
