Products are sold under private- and global name brands, such as Bakery Chef (biscuits), Krusteaz (pancakes), and Lofthouse (cookies). It also makes breakfast items for McDonald's. Ralcorp Frozen, a division of private-brand food giant Ralcorp, accounts for some 20% of its parent's revenues, selling to in-store bakeries, but also retail groceries and industrial and institutional food service operators. To puff up its frozen offerings, Ralcorp acquired Sara Lee's refrigerated dough business in 2011.
