Radient Pharmaceuticals (formerly AMDL) is ready to hunt down cancer and some day might even be able to do something about it. The company has developed and manufactures an in vitro blood test to detect over a dozen forms of cancer. Marketed as Onko-Sure, the test kits are approved for use in Europe and Asia; in the US the kits are approved for monitoring colorectal cancer, while in Canada it is used to detect lung cancer. Drug manufacturing facilities in China previously accounted for the bulk of the company's income, but it has chosen to focus its efforts on its Onko-Sure products. Other products in its pipeline include a technology with the potential to develop cancer vaccines.
