Acthar is approved for the treatment of nearly 20 indications, but the company receives the majority of its income from sales related to three of those: multiple sclerosis, nephrotic syndrome, and infantile spasms (a rare form of pediatric epilepsy). Questcor also sells insomnia treatment Doral. All of the company's manufacturing is outsourced to contract manufacturers.
