Company Description
Quabit Inmobiliaria (formerly Afirma Grupo Inmobiliario) is nothing if not well grounded. The company develops and manages land and a variety of properties, including apartment buildings, social housing, commercial mixed-use centers, and industrial warehouses. Its real estate holdings and operations are concentrated in the central region around Catalonia and Valencia; the company had made forays outside of Spain in countries such as Brazil and Romania, but divested those holdings. Quabit also provides wealth management services. In 2008 Astroc Mediterraneo merged with Rayet Promocio and Landscape to create Afirma Grupo Inmobiliario, which changed its name in 2010. Rayet owns a majority of Quabit.
