Regulated subsidiary Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) transmits and distributes electricity to 2.1 million customers and natural gas to 1.7 million customers in New Jersey. Nonregulated subsidiary PSEG Power operates PSEG's generating plants. PSEG Power's 13,600-MW generating capacity comes mostly from nuclear and fossil-fueled plants in the US Northeast.
