The not-for-profit subsidiary provides health care to the southern region of Los Angeles through two acute care hospitals (Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance), as well as more than two dozen urgent care clinics, doctors' offices, home health and hospice facilities, and specialty outpatient care centers. Services include diagnostic imaging, emergency care, cancer treatment, cardiac care, surgery, and women and children's health care. The Providence Little Company of Mary health system is led by CEO Nancy Carlson.
