Company Description
Petro One Energy (formerly Cloudbreak Resources) is looking to break in to the big-time in oil and gas. Its focus is to acquire, discover, and develop undervalued Canadian oil and gas assets. The company holds 13 prospects in Saskatchewan and Manitoba totaling some 5,000 acres. All of the company's oil and gas leases are 100% owned and include surface-to-basement rights. Chapman Petroleum Engineering was engaged to complete reviews in preparation for drilling. In 2010, Cloudbreak spun off its copper, gold, and silver interests into a new company, called AccelRate Power Systems, which will be renamed Goldstrike Resources. That same year, it changed the name of its remaining oil and gas operations to Petro One.
