The company has 6,610 miles of natural gas distribution system, about 430 miles of intrastate transmission pipeline and 855 miles of gasgathering pipeline. In addition, Peoples owns one of the largest gas storage networks in Pennsylvania with a capacity of 33 billion cu. ft. in six storage fields across the state.
