Company Description
Pencari, the Indonesian word for "prospector," is an exploration company with properties in Madagascar. It also has a 90% interest in a joint venture in Indonesia. Percari focuses on uranium, diamonds, and gold. In Madagascar, Pencari controls five gold properties and eight uranium properties. In 2005 it changed its name from Azure Resources and stopped exploration in Nova Scotia. The Indonesian property is located in a forest reserve, where mining is prohibited.
