The company designs and sells a wide assortment of stationery, greeting cards, gifts, and art papers and materials through about 120 stores, primarily in the UK. These include about 40 stand-alone stores, with another 70-odd shops located inside of parent company Borders Group's book stores or housed in select House of Fraser and Selfridges department stores. Paperchase has been expanding in the US with some 335 departments inside select Borders superstores and now a single stand-alone store in Boston.
