PLUS Markets Group can be a plus for companies not included on the London Stock Exchange. The group (formerly OFEX Holdings) operates the OFEX stock market, a securities trading venue for some 130 companies (generally small to medium-sized) that aren't listed on the London Stock Exchange. PLUS Markets also offers a trading service for companies listed on certain overseas markets. In addition to changing its name, the struggling exchange appointed a new management team charged with boosting company listings in late 2004.
